Ten "No No's" for the Home Buyer

Buyer become excited and then start making mistakes.
And then you hear, I will never do that. Amazing enough, these are the first individuals who
do a No No and can't complete the sale. There goes the dream home. So read this report
and you can laugh, but it's not a funny.
Let's get right to a the number one example of a good NO NO that buyers do all the
time. These buyers have spent three month looking and found just the home they were looking for. Everything
was going perfect. The bank was processing the loan, the inspections were getting completed. They even
put the down payment in escrow.
So what could go wrong. As these buyers were driving home they decided
to stop at a car dealership just to see new cars. Then the No No, they drove off with a new car.
So now escrow is ready to close and then they get a phone call. The bank has denied their
loan because the new car payment disqualifies them.
